Why Santa Teresa?
We have a large active family that loves to surf. We started coming to Santa Teresa 10 years ago and fell in love with the white sand beach, beautiful jungle, and gracious people. A year later we decided to build our own dream vacation home in this slice of paradise. We are custom home builders in Newport Beach, CA and wanted to bring some of our expertise to have all the comforts of a US home but still have the Costa Rica flare.

Santa Teresa offers great food, peaceful surroundings, the best sunsets imaginable, great long walks on the beach, and a much needed escape from the crowds. We love the beautiful hikes in the rain forest and some of the best horseback riding and ATVing.
